Sixth American Cello Congress (2001)

The American Cello Council was formed in 1982 at the First Americn Cello Congress, at the University of Maryland when Mstisav Rostopovich was President. The Congress is a venue for cello education and performance.

In a session on Teaching with Ensembles, John Kaboff presented the lecture "Creating a clear pulse for young ensembles" and demonstrated with the Bow Lightly's, a cello choir composed of his students.
